Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. In order to be respectful of the health needs of the community, please be courteous and kindly call /email the clinic at least 24 hours prior if you are unable to attend an appointment so that someone else urgently needs a treatment can be seen at that time.
Failure to attend without notice, or any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of arrival, will be charged in full. Our objective is that all patients receive the best possible experience. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in. Please be aware that late arrival may result in a shortened treatment or longer waiting time.

Refund Policy
At Acu Herbs Bethnal Green, we are committed to providing high-quality Chinese medicine acupuncture services to enhance your well-being. We understand that circumstances may arise that require returns or cancellations. Please review our return policy below:
1. Appointment Cancellations & Reschedules:
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to £50 cancellation & reschedule fee.
2. Refunds for Services:
Our services are non-refundable once they have been provided. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please communicate your concerns with us, and we will make every effort to address and resolve any issues.
Refund policy for a course package. The discount applies only when the full course is completed. If a patient decides not to complete the course, any refund will be recalculated based on the standard single-session price, not the discounted course rate. The number of sessions already attended will be charged at the standard single-session price. In addition, a fee equal to 10% of the full course price will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and scheduling costs. Missed appointments without proper notice (in line with our cancellation policy) will be counted as attended and are non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted after the course has expired (within 6 month time) or after all sessions have been used. Course packages are strictly non-transferable. They cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to another person.
3. Product Returns:
Herbal supplements or products purchased from our clinic are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
4. Refunds for Products:
Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed upon verification of the issue. We do not provide refunds for products due to personal preferences or changes of mind.
5. Applicability:
This return policy applies to services and products purchased directly from Acu Herbs Bethnal Green.
